FLOWER AVAILABILITY
We always try to use seasonal, top grade and locally grown flowers where possible. This means that we never just look for the cheapest flower. We choose our flowers carefully, because we care about the quality of the flowers and the impact sourcing flowers has on the world. All flowers and foliage are subject to availability and on occasion it may be necessary to replace them with an alternative deemed suitable. Where possible, we will agree this in advance with the client.
FLOWER LONGEVITY AND FRESHNESS
We cannot accept responsibility for flowers that do not look their best after install if the flowers are not kept in their optimal conditions. We always do our best to recommend appropriate flowers for the space and take care in our preparation to ensure they are in the best condition possible for the event.
SITE VISITS
We have worked with a large number of venues, so there is a very good chance we already know your venue well.
If a site visit is required, we charge £250 (+VAT) for a Worm member of staff to attend an approx 1 hour recce within a London postcode. Site visits outside of London to be quoted separately depending on distance and requirements.
EVENT TIMINGS + STAFFING
Katie and Terri are the co-owners and creative leads at Worm and one of them will be in charge of designing your flowers. We have a team of florists who we work closely with to deliver and install events.
We will provide staff based on the event schedule and logistics agreed with you and your venue/s prior to the day. If the timings deviate, the client agrees to cover the additional labour fees (calculated on an hourly basis).
Please inform us of any changes to the running times for the day as soon as possible as they may be difficult for us to accommodate.
TAKEDOWN
We offer a takedown service to remove floral displays and clear up after the event. Our prices are based on the time of day or night the takedown is required and the quantity of materials to take away. If the takedown timings deviate or our team is unable to access the location, the client agrees to cover the additional labour fees (calculated on an hourly basis).
MATERIALS
All basic materials used will be included in any prices quoted. We have a large selection of vessels, candlesticks and other sundries and ancillary materials. If specific materials are required (vases, plinths, etc) which we do not stock, we will agree a rental or buying fee in advance and add this to our final quote.
RETURNING VESSELS
If we have agreed a courier pick up for the vessel return, please ensure the flowers and water are removed. We will provide packing materials for the vessels but they are the responsibility of the client until they are returned to our studio.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If any materials (props, plinths, vases, etc) are lost or damaged on return the client will be invoiced for the full replacement cost.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
If an event is cancelled due to government enforced COVID 19 restrictions we offer a full deposit refund.
If an event is cancelled or changed due to COVID 19 restrictions, we try as best we can to accommodate these changes. We can’t guarantee that we will always be able to accommodate the new date, but we make it a priority to try our best to work around any changes that may arise.
If our services are cancelled for any other reason your deposit is non refundable as we may have turned down other events for this date.
If our services are cancelled within 7 days of the event, you will be required to pay the full amount as the flowers will have been ordered and we may have started prepping your event.
PAYMENT DISPUTES
Any disputes regarding the payment of services rendered must be communicated within 24 hours of service delivery. Invoices remaining unpaid one month after the invoice due date may be passed onto a third party debt collection agency, unless other payment terms have been agreed in writing.
